Mr. Ram Mukunda - Chairman

Mr. Ram Mukunda has served as our Chief Executive Officer, President and a Director since our inception on April 29, 2005 and was Chairman of the Board from April 29, 2005 through December 15, 2005. Since September 2004 Mr. Mukunda has served as Chief Executive Officer of Integrated Global Networks, LLC, a communications contractor in the U.S. Government. From January 1990 to May 2004, Mr. Mukunda served as Founder, Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Startec Global Communications, an international telecommunications carrier focused on providing voice over Internet protocol (VOIP) services to the emerging economies. Startec was among the first carriers to have a direct operating agreement with India for the provision of telecom services. Mr. Mukunda was responsible for the organizing, structuring, and integrating a number of companies owned by Startec. Many of these companies provided strategic investments in India-based operations or provided services to India-based companies. Under Mr. Mukunda's tenure at Startec, the company made an initial public offering of its equity securities in 1997 and conducted a public high-yield debt offering in 1998. Mr. Mukunda was responsible for the restructuring of Startec after the company filed for protection under Chapter 11 in December 2001. Startec emerged from Chapter 11 in 2004.

From June 1987 to January 1990, Mr. Mukunda served as Strategic Planning Advisor at INTELSAT, a provider of satellite capacity. Mr. Mukunda serves on the Board of Visitors at the University of Maryland School of Engineering. From 2001-2003, he was a Council Member at Harvard's Kennedy School of Government, Belfer Center of Science and International Affairs. Mr. Mukunda is the recipient of several awards, including the University of Maryland's 2001 Distinguished Engineering Alumnus Award and the 1998 Ernst & Young, LLP's Entrepreneur of the Year Award. He holds B.S. degrees in electrical engineering and mathematics and a MS in Engineering from the University of Maryland.

Mr. Jortin Antony - Director

Mr.Jortin Antony, (45) was the Founder Director of Techni Bharathi Limited since December 1991. During this period the company has handled Hydro Electric Projects, Dams, tunnels, irrigation canals, bridges using cantilever technology, roads and highways, mini hydel projects, site leveling and grading for industrial plants, airport aprons and taxi ways. From August 1997 to 2000 he was with Bhagheeratha Engineering Limited as Director (Projects). During this period he was involved in completion of many difficult projects and increased the company turnover from Rs 65 crores to of Rs.150 crores. His total experience in the construction industry is 17 years. He is the receipient of Young Entrepreneurs Award for the year 2003 from Rashtra Deepika a leading print media group of Kerala. He holds a graduate degree in Mechanical Engineering from Bangalore Institute of Technology, University of Bangalore.

Mr. M.Santhosh Kumar - Director & Vice President (Finance &Accounts)

Mr. M. Santhoshkumar (46), has been in charge of the Finance and Accounts Department as General Manager (Finance) of Techni Bharathi Limited since 2008. He has been with the company since its inception in 1991 and has looked after the Banking, Finance and Management Information System to date. In between from 2000 - 2002, he also worked as Senior Marketing Executive(Banking Products) with Techni Soft (India) Limited, a subsidiary of Techni Bharathi Limited. From 1986 to 1989, he has completed his Articleship of Chartered Accountancy and from 1989 to1991 worked as an accountant with M/s Balan & Co, Chartered Accountants, Alwaye. His is having a total experience of 24 years in various Finance & Accounts functions. He holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree from Mahathma Gandhi University, Kerala.

Mr.Sankar P. - Director & Manager (Accounts)

Mr. Sankaran Nair P (52) has been working with Techni Bharathi Limited since January, 2001 in Accounts Department and worked in various Projects. He is co-ordinating Internal Audit activities from 2010. He has worked as Accounts-in-Charge with M/s Mare Steel Castings Pvt. Ltd, Kalamassery from 1993-2000. He holds a Bachelor degree in Commerce from University of Kerala.

Mr. V.Bhagavathy - General Manager (Projects)

Mr.Bhagavathy (74), joined Techni Bharathi Limited as Chief Engineer, Real Estate Division in April 1995 and worked in various projects of the company. Since April 2006 as Chief Project Manager he is looking after the project awarded by Cochin International Airport Limited for the work of Provision of Parallel Bituminous Taxi Track and extension of Apron. From May 2002 to December 2006, he worked as Chief Project Manager for the works of Techni Bharathi awarded by Kerala State Transport Project RMC-04 (Aluva - Kothamangalam Road), RMC-05 (Thrissur - Kodungallur Road), RMC - 21, (Ponjasseri - Chitrapuzha Road), From November 1999 to October 2001 as Chief Project Manager for the work of Vadakkupachayar Reservoir Project - Formation of earthen dam, portion complete along with pitching. From August 1998 to August 1999 as Chief Project Manager, for the work of Harangi Hydro Electric Project with intake tower - tunnel and power house. From April 1995 to August 1998, Chief Engineer, Real Estate Division of Techni Bharathi Limited, and in charge for the construction of two blocks of 40 apartments each and 24 individual villas at Periyar Hermitage, Aluva. From December, 1957 to July, 1993, he worked with Indian Railways and retired as Executive Engineer, Construction Madurai, Railway Division, Southern Railway.Mr. V.Bhagavathy has the following qualifications:

• Licenciate in Civil Engineering 1955 – Tamil Nadu Politechnic, Madurai – Madras University – Integrated course in permanent way, earthen bank formation –construction of bridges.

• Integrated course in P.Way, Bridge & Works Course No.503 in the year 1988 from IRIGEN, Pune.

Recipient of several awards for his meritorious performance from Indian Railways.

Mr.Deepak M.P - Manager (Mech.)

Mr.Deepak (38) has been with Techni Bharathi Limited since October, 1992 in the Mechanical Department and has looked after the machineries and vehicles at different sites. From 2006 he has been given the responsibility to be in charge of Mechanical Department as Deputy Manager (Mechanical). He holds a Diploma in Mechanical Engineering from Board of Technical Education, Kerala.

Mr.N.S.Ravichandran - Dy. Manager (Personnel & Administration)

Mr.N.S Ravichandran (47) has been working with Techni Bharathi Limited since October, 2002 in Personnel & Administration Department and worked in various Projects- Tirunelveli Road Project, Tamil Nadu and Hiriyur - Bellary Road Project, Karnataka as Asst.Manager (P&A) and Plant In charge in M/s. Mare Steel Castings Ltd, Kalamassery, Cochin, from 21.08.1984 to 31.03.2000.He holds a Bachelor in Science from Madurai Kamaraj University, Tamil Nadu.
