During September 2007, the Company has signed a strategic alliance agreement with a US based Infrastructure Development Company, M/s India Globalization Capital Inc. (IGC) , Bethesda, Maryland, USA. IGC is a listed public company in AMEX. IGC is formed with a basic objective of promoting Indian Infrastructure companies in making strategic alliance by infusion of capital. IGC also holds the title of the first Indian Infrastructure Company to be listed in AMEX.
